No control upon connection

Problem

You have connected to a remote machine but cannot control it.

Suggestions and Resolution

By default, the connection is set to View Only mode. You can gain control in numerous ways:

  1. Request full control from the remote peer via Main Menu:

  1. Set the default access level for incoming connections to Full Control in Options - Miscellaneous.

  2. Configure Unattended Access using the Pro version (not available in freeware).
