No control upon connection

Problem

You have connected to a remote machine but cannot control it

Suggestions and Resolution

By default, the connection is set to View Only mode. You can gain control in numerous ways:

  1. Request full control from the remote peer via Main Menu:

  1. Set Default access level for incoming connection to Full Control in Options - Miscellaneous

  2. Configure Unattended Access using Pro version (not available in freeware)
