Backup Storage Not Available (code 3509)

Situation

A backup of Drive or Calendar fails with the following error message:

Backup storage not available (Code: 3509)...

Cause

The following IP Addresses are not allowlisted:

66.135.24.121

64.176.194.75

149.28.53.30

18.207.50.155

52.6.7.137

Solution

The following IP Addresses should be allowlisted in your Google / Microsoft consoles for our service.

66.135.24.121

64.176.194.75

149.28.53.30

18.207.50.155

52.6.7.137
