Full Backup Executed Instead of Incremental (codes 1519-1521)

A backup plan terminates with one or both following warnings:

  • Encryption settings changed. Encryption settings were changed. A full backup was executed
  • Compression settings changed. Compression settings were changed. A full backup was executed

These warnings occur due to peculiarities of data structure on backup storage. If encryption or compression settings are changed in the backup plan, these changes require a full backup on the next run to guarantee a restore.

These warnings do not imply any user action and are designed to inform a user about a full backup execution since full backup may take much more time and space on backup storage than incremental backup of the same backup plan.
