Backup Agent Allowed Connections List

Managed Backup Agent uses network connections. Some of them may be restricted by firewalls, antivirus software, or company security policies. To solve the issue, check the list of connections that must be allowed for Backup Agent to function properly.

For Backup Agent

TCP ports:

• 80
• 443

Domains. Domains are storage-specific, so it is reasonable to allow only the domains of the storage providers that you are using:

• For AWS: *.s3.amazonaws.com (full list of endpoints can be found here)
• For Microsoft Azure: *.microsoft.net
• For Google Cloud: www.googleapis.com
• For Backblaze B2: api.backblazeb2.com
• *.mspbackups.com
