Problem
You’ve signed up for Managed Backup Service from MSP360 (CloudBerry), configured your companies and tenants (users), requested custom build of MSP360 (CloudBerry) backup product for your Microsoft Windows 2003 (Bare metal or Desktop). Once software downloaded and installed your are trying to activate it, but getting the following error message:
This problem is related to old OpenSSL protocol. To fix it - update the protocol.
Resolution
In order to resolve the problem you need to obtain the following Microsoft hot fixes:
Make sure reboot the server once updates done.
