Files with Encrypted Filenames are not Displayed in Restore-Only Mode

Situation

The files backed up with filename encryption are not visible in restore-only mode.

Cause

At the moment repository synchronization with the correct prefix and the decryption password is required to display such files during the restore, so they will not be visible if the software is running in restore-only mode.

Solution

Change the backup prefix to the name of the instance which files were backed up from, then run a consistency check with the correct decryption password. Note that a trial or a commercial version of the software is required to perform the consistency check.
